Like I said I just started reading a self help book and just want to eat healthy for my body. My mom is a cook at a College Universtiy of ALL places and the temptation to EAT JUNK FOOD is always there, and then end up bingeing because I feel so bad. I want to eat healthy for my body, but don't know what to do about always being areound food that is BAD for me, what do I do about the TEMPTATION????????
