Since I quit drinking, It's popped it's rearing head out. Guilt after eating. I have made a decision to keep away from trigger foods(Flour,Sugar and Salt) using the 12 steps and 12 traditions. You learn in OA. the moderation of using certain items that do not add extra salt, and sugar. Lent is a good time to do this and then it will become another good decision to a healthy chioce to a healthy life style.
