My dad just went grocery shopping and I feel like I need to go down stairs and eat a little bit of everything. I do not know why and usually my obsessions with food are specific like a certain thing I want and wont be able to stop thinking about. But now, and every other time there is new good food in the house I feel like I need to eat a little of everything. (I'm not even hungry) Does anyone else do this. I could really use the support right now. Also I feel like I need to take my share of food for some reason. Like if there are 5 apples I feel like I need to take one for myself. (there are 5 people in my family, so one for me)I know this probably sounds strange to people who do not do this but to me its all I can think about.
