Just wanted to say hey, new to the group. I've been working on this life change weight loss for a few months now. Kind of have a good perspective, I think, about what really needs to change. I am getting a grip on this eating thing, it's not easy....just got off a 3 day binge weekend filled with chinese buffets and bar food. Had the guilt, ate a little more, but I think I am getting back today. After all, it is just one day, one day that you push through and sincerely try to eat the best you can. I have found that if you push through that first week, you really can turn that addiction around. You no longer crave the fatty, yummy foods you did before. Now, you want fresh, wholesome food because you are now addicted to the energy. As long as you push, day by day, you realize that falling off the wagon doesn't mean it's all over.
