I've heard a few times on this board that a way to lose body fat is to do 20 minutes of cardio and keep your heart rate up for those twenty minutes. I was just wondering if i could split up the 20 minutes and still have the same results. My workout consists of a lot of strength training. So i was thinking of ten minutes of cardio before and then ten after. Or would it be more beneficial to do all 20 minutes togther?
