So tell me everyone what's your secert? I have been at the gym every day, talk about tireing~ From swimming, running, eliperical,cardo classes, cycleing! I am afride to step on the scale for fear it hasn't moved but I am sure it has because my cloths are deff. looking better on me! LOL I have a big goal I have to reach and a even bigger treat for myself if I reach it!! So what dose everyone else do to stay healthly and get in shape, please share from what you eat to how you work out! Sometimes I feel like I am the only one in the world that has to kill it, to get in shape! Tell me I'm not alone!! Today I realized running really just sucks, I am only 26 and I have the worst problems with my kness, it feels like they are twice my age, any advice from anyone on how I can make it easier on my knees?
