Well as with a lot of people who have made new years resolutions I have been exercising pretty consistently for the two weeks. One of my goals is to run in a half-marathon in may. I dl one of the running schedules from runnersworld.com and was supposed to do a 5 mile run today, but i woke up feeling very sore from my workout yesterday. I also felt very fatigued and just not so well, but I wanted to run because I really don't want to get behind on my schedule because I'm afraid I will just give up. When do you guys think it is appropriate to give your muscles a rest or take a day off?
