So, I'm really unhappy with the way I look. I gained 100 pound over the past three years, and now I have a little over 9 months to lose it all. I'm running two times a week, doing weighs 2 times a week, and now I wanna take a martial art class that i can go to two times a week. The only problem is, is that im 270 pounds (5'4, 20 year old female). Can I even do a martial art at my weight? I feel so self conscious. Anyways, if I can do any type of martial art, which one would be best for me?
