I have a question, hope you's can help!!
I'm 5'2 and i'm not sure on my exact weight however, i want to maintain my current weight (i know my weight will go up the more muscle i gain but i want to 'appear the same weight) however i dont want to loose ( or gani!) any.
I've currently upped my exercise regeime alot (about four or five hours a week) and need to know how many calories a day i should eat in order to maintain my cuurrent weight(or appear to :) ) im really un-sure!!!

Okay, here's what you do. You weigh yourself (in the morning before you shower and eat) and remember it. Then, you go online, find your BMI (I'm about the same height and my BMI target range is about 121 to 138, so you should be about the same). Then, go to a site that will tell you how many calories you should eat based on your BMI and age (make sure it's to maintain and not lose weight if that's what you want). If you want to maintain weight, you should actually probably lower your exercise (from how much you were doing when you were trying to lose or whatever) and keep eating healthy. Weigh yourself once a week and that should help you maintain!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
