Hello all! I am searching for any advice I can get on weight lifting. I have reached my goal weight, but am not as firm as I would like. Some of the problem is extra skin from weight loss, and the rest is just soft:( I would like to know appropriate lifts to target the back of my arms, stomach, thighs and my rear. I currently run, but obviously need to incorporate weights to see the results I want. Can you offer any advice?
