i\'m 29 y/o, 6\'2\" and only weigh 160 pounds. i\'ve taken protein shakes and try to eat as much as possible. how can i gain weight? i don\'t even care if i get soft and pudgy i just wanna gain 15-20 lbs. creatine works but only while i\'m using and working out, if i take a month or more break than i lose all the weight. protien shakes leave me bloated and with an upset stomach more than it makes me gain weight. is there a secret that i don\'t know about?
