I have been drinking about 32 oz of water about an hour and a half before going to cycle class. Then during class, then after followed by a protein drink. I think the water might be giving me more energy than I've ever had before in my life. Even though I know this.....I never keep to it. So, now I have just added it to my daily routine. When I forget the water, I usually feel lousy! How many of us exercise and then don't drink enough water? Let's remind each other!

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring?
