I have been working on my stomach for a while now. I have attempted to change my eating habits and exercise. I am not sure what is left to do or maybe I am missing out on something. I hear so many different remedies in which some I have tried and others seem so complicated. It could be that I have gotten older and it is harder when you get older. I also have bad knees which causes me to have to do all my exercises on a lower impact level. If anyone have any suggestion on what else I can do to decrease stomach fat.
