This doesn't really belong here, but I'm not sure where precisely it belongs. I've always had this problem that when I straighten my back it is profoundly uncomfortable - I have a sort of hunched, leaning forward natural posture. It's not neck and shoulders, it's like..my spine's curvature or something. It's kind of annoying because I was trying to meditate and I can't be comfortable just sitting on the floor with my back straight - and I could sort of isolate the discomfort - it's coming from the place in my spine right below my thoracic cavity (for lack of a better location description) - I guess where the curve is that I'm trying to straighten. Is this normal? Uh..sorry for the weird post, thanks for any advice :D
