I am now 50 yrs old and 3 yrs into menopause. Over the past 6 mths I have been faithfully working out to get back into shape and have succeeded for the most part. I have increased my walking intensity, added weight training in November, added swimming in January and have seen remarkable results, but there is one area that does not seem to budge. You guessed it, my chest. In the past, whenever I gained or lost weight, I would do it evenly over my entire body from my face to my toes and all areas in between. Now it seems I am loosing it everywhere but my chest and I am at a loss as to how to go about targeting this area in particular. I do all the chest machines in my weight training, but that doesn't seem to help. Am I doomed with these larger than I want boobs forever?
