This community is dedicated to group support around achieving fitness goals, whatever they may be, through personal training, athletic activites, or other strenuous activity. Whether you are trying to get fit to treat a health problem, boost your mood, relieve stress, or tone your body, this group is a great place to meet other like-minded people who have similar goals.

That is, if by "bigger" you mean "more muscular." The All-Chocolate Diet will also make it bigger, but then if that's what you wanted to do I don't think you'd be posting here! ;-)
If you mean big as in "Baby Got Back," I'd agree with the all chocolate diet and leading a sedentary lifestyle. That's how I got mine!
If you mean toned, weight training is great, but don't forget running. :)
