I have worked out for some time and am reasonably strong. I curl 150, most machines 200 to 250. People seem amazed when I load my weights. In life strong enough to do things is OK with me and have no need to be particularly strong. I am not particularly worried about "well cut" muscles. I just want to be good in a business suit, but seem to continue to get stronger without much change otherwise. I have added more cardio, cardio boxing, racquetball etc, and stepped up weights but still the same.
