So now my room is done I am planning on getting back into shape. My goal is to be healthy and in shape, not necessarily to lose weight. I am thinking of waking up early morning (4:45 or 5) and start the C25K program and do that for 30 minutes. I also love soccer so I was going to start doing some of my soccer conditioning after the jog or yoga or go back and forth. Then at night I was thinking of walking. I would really like to join a gym but I am a poor college student and can't afford the YMCA or Genesis. What should I eat in the morning before I start? Does this plan sound good?
