so I am starting again on my journey to a thinner me. I lost about 7lbs so far in less than 3 weeks. I have been working out home and gym can't say i'm over doing it but making sure my time in is worth it. eatting right and trying to stay focused. my over all weight loss I wanted was about 30lbs. so less 7 I am doing good.
I know at some point I will be at a stand still and it will not fall as fast off....
I still wonder if I am doing enough? I watch my calories but still eat. I do at least 45 mins a day each day is different depends what I have time for or feel like...cycle, strength training, zumba or my insanity video at home the days off...
Should I have a more set rounite rather than lets see what I can make, I have 2 kids so I plan around it as well. any tips or advice would be great!

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
BTW - how do you like insanity? I'm currently doing Chalene Extreme and thinking about doing Turbo Fire after I finish.
