So I've been losing weight for over a year and I half now. I'm down about 90 pounds and am keeping up with the exercises. I was doing kickboxing for a bit, but stop because it was getting way to expensive, and I was hitting a plateu as well. So, Ive been running 3x a week for fat burning, and doing dumbell exercises 2x a week for toning. I dont mind running at all. I listen to my ipod the whole time and i feel so alive when I'm running. But when I do my dumbell exercising, I dread doing it. I still suck it up and do it, but its no where as enjoyable as running. But, I need to do some form of exercising that helps me tone up as well. Is there anything thats more enjoyable that will help me tone up? Or should I just stick to my weight routines?

I was flipping through channels yesterday and came across 50 Shades of Grey. It was the original and I did see it before, but I watched the end. After it was the second one--50 Shades Darker. I did have a great time watching and even though it was just a teeny bit sensored (on E)still pretty juicy . Has got me all rialed up. Now I am ready to see the third one!!!
