When I complain about not being able to lose weight, my husband informed that it was probably because I have a problem with snacking, which is completely true. I love salty and sweet foods. I tried to replace chips and snacks with dried and regular fruit but it gets really hard to stay regular becuse they run out so quickly. Anyway, is there a way to help my snacking addiction so I can lose some unwanted lbs?
