When I complain about not being able to lose weight, my husband informed that it was probably because I have a problem with snacking, which is completely true. I love salty and sweet foods. I tried to replace chips and snacks with dried and regular fruit but it gets really hard to stay regular becuse they run out so quickly. Its like I overconsume the health foods and then all that's left (til next grocery trip) is unhealthy snacks, which my husband regularly consumes, but doesn't gain weight because he's in the army and runs 6 mi every day AND he has a very fast metabolism. Anyway, is there a way to help my snacking addiction so I can lose some unwanted lbs?
