Its been about a month since I don't work on my upper body, last month I hurt myself lifting. I don't know if I did it while I was military pressing, or bench pressing, all I know is my shoulder bothers me everytime I try to do a shoulder or chest exercise, in a few hours I am going to see a doctor about this. I suspect that it may be what they call "Rotator Cuff Syndrome" Has anyone else been hurt in this way? If you have what did you do about it? Any stories, suggestions or opinions would be appreciated.
