Eat less and more healthy foods, do a small bit of weights 10 pounders, reps 8-10 3 sets?? And I can only do so much cardio before I have an asthma attack but I do some. Will I help my body lose the weight but not have the flabby look. I weigh 197 and I want to lose 60 pounds, I joined Weight Watchers adn started last night. I am going to do this I am just wanting to know the best way to aviod the flabby arms and gut.
