i work 40 hours a week, have a little over an hour commute to work each way, & have 3 children. by the time i get through w/cooking cleaning & taking care of children its 10pm & i'm wiped out. when i finally get to bed its super late & when its time to wake up i dont feel rested. i do have membership to the gym for last 8 months i've been there..umm 3 times, b/c of not having time & few intestinal issues. i feel like if i get up at 5am 3 days a week i will be too exhausted to get through my day. i am trying to at least find a few minutes to exercise at home its so hard to find energy also. i have been trying to do little aerobics/yoga by watching fit tv,even though i am always interrupted! i am overweight & really need to get my body into some type of shape. i've lost about 30lbs in last 6 months from diet & few stomach problems so i am on my way but need to push harder & be more productive. any suggestions??
