Okay....it's been two years now. I've read every lifting tip written, but there is no way that my calves will ever develop. So, I read that the number of muscle fibers in your genes are decided the very second of sperm meet egg. This is carried only by your mother. She determines the max and min number of fibers you will have. I am wondering if anyone has read anything about genetics concerning muscle development, strength, growth, etc.??
