I have been busy for the last 2 and 1/2 years, losing weight. This year I have made a real push to add activity to my life. And I hope that I will get the rest of my weight off this year. I am hiking with a 27# pack for about 2 hours a day and also bicycling for some added enjoyment. The hiking is really good exercise. The weighted pack seems to pull weight off my body. I really want to be able to enjoy an active lifestyle, like I had when I was young, and that is what is driving my success right now.
