Hi: I am 42 and I am 5'4" and need (would like to) lose 50 pounds. Last year I did lose 20 pounds, but then gained 25 because of quitting nicotine. So now I am ready to lose the weight again. Anyone tips and advice? I am a big sugar and junk food addict. I get no support here at home so need support from you guys here. Any help and advice on what I should do is greatly appreciated.
