I read a great article on why women should lift heavy. It's a complete myth that women "get bulked up" unless they are on steriods or they are one out of hundreds of thousands that have some genetic involvement. I notice I get a little bigger, but mostly because I have my fat layer on as well. I notice a couple of my fitness instructors look so bulked up, but then when I stand next to them they are tiny! Any other opinions and experiences with this? Thanks!
