So I've been doing kickboxing for the past week, and I offically signed up today. I told them that my main goal is to lose weight (im 275 and 5'4...and 21 years old). The guy I was talking to said that if I go three times a week to the kickboxing classes (each an hour long), it would be enought for me to lose weight and reach the goal I want to (around 100 pounds). I lost weight before I gained it all back and then some more. I did two days or running to burn fat, and two days lifting dumbells to tone. I'm just wondering if kickboxing three times a week will be enought to lose weight, but tone me up while im losing too. Do I need to do any other types of exercises on the days I'm not doing kickboxing? Or will three days a week of that be fine?

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
