So I went on Thurs last week and Friday. Did twenty minutes on the bike. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday I did thirty minutes on bike at the correct heart rate and then weights on Monday and Tuesday. Ok, here's my question. I feel totally worn out. Is it normal for your body to almost feel sick when you first start working out. I ache all over and am really tired. Is that normal. Should I take a break today and start again tomorrow?
