My 19th birthday is July 31st. We just got an inground pool put in and I am having a huge party. I want to look good in a bikini and I want to feel good about myself again. I want to fit into clothes that I wore two summers ago. I hate to exercise, I love to dance. Use to dance 12 hours a week, and then when that stopped because college dance team only practices 4 hours a week, I gained weight. The freshman 15 is a true thing! Weight watchers worked before, but the dance probably helped. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? Since I am not a huge fan of working out, is there anything slightly mild out there for me to do?? Let me know guys, and I am here for support about what to eat and what not to eat, because I've lost 18 lbs before (and damn it I'll do it again!!)
