OK, so anyone who has been here for a while knows I exercise regularly. I do HIIT, weights and yoga. So, I took a week off. Thursday I did a session of HIIT, Friday I did an hour and a half yoga class. Nothing I did was out of the ordinary. I KNOW what normal muscle soreness feels like after a break but about 2 hours after the yoga class I was sitting having lunch and all of a sudden it feel like someone is stabbing me in the middle of my thigh right down to the bone. It lasted about 10 seconds. It happened a few more times and then stopped. My leg became sore after that, particularly where the pain originated. Sore enough for me to see a doctor yesterday who felt it, ordered an x-ray (why she did that I have NO idea), that came back normal and she then just said: well, if it keeps bothering you make a followup. Very helpful. So it's not gotten better, Extra Strength Tylenol is doing NOTHING. I don't know what to do. It's just not the same 'sore' feeling. Anyone ever have something like this happen? Thanks.

I can count 4 times this year when I Went out of my way to make sure a "friend" felt good on their birthday, especially if they got left hanging. Its early in the...
