what is to be done about the "speed racer"men today.they are too fast to forward too direct.not gentlemenly enough and they say things openly about the way you look more forward than ever. men have been cat calling for decades but thats the show off big man thing they do infront of each other.what is up with a man telling you with low impulse control whats on his mind?it's disrespectful and disconcerning.how do you start dating after 30 years or maybe i should just say "you feel good, you look good,enjoy the rest of your life having uncomplicated enjoyment?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
