I am busy woman, i run my own therapy practice, I run a home and am an active member of a social club. I am married and have a teenager. I need a fitness schedule that i can stick to, no matter what surprises the day throws at me. I promise myself a 20minute yoga session every day, but if my son is late for school, or I have an early appointment - that promise flies out of the window. How do you plan a regime and then stick to it in a busy life? Help!

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring?
