Question: I have not been in the gym in forever and a day. went the first time today, worked on the machines and did the treadmill. My question is that, is it better to alternate with the free weights and circuittraining, do a bit of both together, just do a set of machines? I want to do the treadmill and track because I used to run and ned to get back in that condition again. I am starting the circuits and weights for the firsttime in a very long time, and I just need someone to please tell me how to assemble a real good training program with this.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
