so tomorrow I leave for my road trip with my friend. So I won't be able to workout for the next five days or so. Also I won't be able to eat as healthy, and to tell you the truth I am going to places that will have different choices of food than my same old same old. I am excited about this, but nervous at the same time. I have packed some healthy things for the road and we will have a cooler with water and fruits, but it is going to be a little bit of a splurge for me also. So my question is, how badly will this set me back on all the work I have done...workouts and diet?
