I used to exercise everyday, first thing in the morning before doing anything. I did pilates and aerobics. I havn't been able to run since having my first c-section, just been really uncomfortable.
Anyways, how do I make time around a crowded schedule for myself? I work 7pm-3am, get home and to bed by 4am, wake up at 8am, kids may nap, may not, but when they do, I'm in dire need of sleep myself. Then my husband gets home by 5:30, I have to be out the door at 6pm to make it to work on time.
I never seem to have the time! HELP!

When my kids where stay at home small I would pop in a workout tape turn the music up loud and the kids would have contest to see who could dance the weirdest while I done my workout it didn't always work the way I wanted it to but every little bit helps and you get your kids active which is a big plus.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
