I've kept 35 pounds off for over a year. I'm still 200 pounds however, and I really need help in jolting some life back into my weight loss. I guess it's great that those 35 lbs stayed off, but at 5'6", I need to be MUCH thinner. I need real, attainable, doable ideas and recommendations. I can't afford exotic food or yoga classes or a personal trainer. How do I kick the rest of this weight???
