While I was in the military I had one of my NCO's tell me that every hour he would drop and do 50 push ups and 50 sit-ups. Seeing how I am new to this idea I just remembered, I think starting with 10 of each would be good. So pretty much every hour (that your awake) on the mark you drop and do 10 push-ups 10 sit-ups everyday. Anyone think this sounds like a bad idea????
