I've always liked working-out and I used to do so very regulary, but in the last 6 mths I've really started to slack off,to the point of not woring-out at all. Of course now I'm at the point where I'm sick and tired of the extra weight I've gained and the overall lack of energy.Now I'm back full force at the gym which I'm feeling good about. My question is, what shoud be doing at the gym that would be most useful for me right now, cardio, weight-training etc? I enjoy cardio more then weight-training. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring?
