I have started to work out about 2wks ago & as a beginner i started doing about 30min on the eliptical & now am doing 30min elip & 30min on treadmill at 3m . I am pacing myself but i am soo clueless on what to do. I am a mom of 4 & have had a few c-sections & basically I am feelin like I have a giant tire floatie around my belly. & unless you have one you know its not funny & it feels really gross. Has anyone who had a booty belly ever got rid of it?? How do I do it? I am very serious about gettin in shape , I have just turned 35 & am a single mom of 4 & also tryin to go to school , I know this weight is aging me & keepin me from feelin like I used to.
