Is there someone here that might be able to help work up a fitness plan for someone that has Fibromyalgia really bad and no meds are helping? I am going to try to get a scholorship membership at the YMCA to workout in the swimming pool. I know that is the best place for someone in my condition. but is there anything else that i can do in the mean time? I have alot of fat to get rid of on my belly and theighs... I am 5'6" and 240#. I am considered mobidly obese. 4 yrs ago i was 137# heavier.. alot of it was water and i got rid of it when i had a membership to a gym in a bigger city that i lived in but now i live in a smaller city n there is no place that has a sauna. at that time I took water pills and drank a ton of water and sat in the sauna for a bit, worked out for a bit and then back into the sauna... I would love to do that again if they could just find the right medication to stop the pain for a while during the day and just long enough at night to fall asleep!! Thanks for reading this!!
