Hello, my name is lazy. I say that because for the past year I have not wanted to do anything to promote a healthy lifestyle. I have a treadmill, which I must say, I dusted off this morning, and have already done 15 minutes on it. That is all I can do at this moment! I have left it out so that I can get back on, this afternoon. What motivates you to exercise, to take that first step? I need a some heavy duty pushing in the right direction. Thanks so much!
