I havent worked out in 3 months if not longer. I had some health problems but am now on the mend. I got the okay from the Doctor to work out again. I not allowed to lift for 3 more weeks though. I need to lose at least 50 more lbs. I have high blood pressure and low energy. I started taking vitamins last Monday and am hoping to get back to the gym on Monday. Can anyone give me advice where to begin again? How can i boost my energy? HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!
