
Fitness Goals Support Group
This community is dedicated to group support around achieving fitness goals, whatever they may be, through personal training, athletic activites, or other strenuous activity. Whether you are trying to get fit to treat a health problem, boost your mood, relieve stress, or tone your body, this group is a great place to meet other like-minded people who have similar goals.
Keep coming here when you feel down that is a very postive way to direct you upseting mood.
Remind yourself that you did not change sizes in just one or two days, it took you much longer than that to go up, so it will take you more than just a few days to go back down. You still can do it though it is not impossible.
A lot of people mentioned walking. It is one of the easiest exersizes that some of us can do and we feel less embarrassed doing it. Plus we can sneek some of our exersize walk, into our busy day. For example if you have to go to the mall to pick up something. Park at the opposite end from the store you need to go to and walk thru the mall to your store. You can get a pretty good walk in just by doing that sometimes.
Good luck with your stuggles and know that you do not have to hate yourself.
Something like:
"I will workout for 30 minutes on Mon, Wed, and Fri for one month."
It's simple and will get you started. When you reach that goal, then you can set another slightly bigger goal.

If you hate yourself, it could just get worse....
Just lokk hot and gorgeous with what you have and have healthy eating habits, and try do do something every day even just walk for 20 minutes an hour....
If I do 20 minutes a day of Yoga or walking I lose that 10 pounds I gain just sittin on my butt. I am an Artist and I sit in my chair 12-15 hours a day.....
If I don't get up and do something that increases my heart beat for at least 20 minutes a day...I gain 10 pounds in just a couple of weeks....
If you could learn a Yoga sun salute, and just do three a day it will really surprise you!!!!
