had a baby almost 8 months ago, and have lost 70 pounds and 4 jeans sizes from my pre pregnancy weight since. was nursing up until this week, working out 3-4 times per week for aprox 30 minutes (tai bo,hand weights, power walking on the treadmill),sticking to 1700-2000 calories. that was working great until this month. i realize that weaning the baby has a huge impact on calorie output,so i've cut mine down to 1500-1700. i've also worked my way up to 50 minutes to an hour biking/running/power walking on an incline/circut training at the gym (am kind of limited by time as i bring the children...single mom). it feels like i'm tightening up, can see a lot more muscle definition. am i being too number obsessed? am i doing something wrong? i though when you hit a plateau, you stepped up your game and cut calories more, but i'm not seeing the numbers really changing as much as they should for how hard i'm working. do you guys have any suggestions?

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
