hey everyone! i was wondering, how do i start forcing myself to eat more fruit? all my life, ive eaten junk food more than fruit. every time i buy fruit, i would eat it for a while then i let it go bad. i dont know why but thats my bad habit i have with fruit. i dont eat the processed junk food anymore, i eat organic foods like organic cookies and ice cream. i hardly eat ice cream anymore and candy. does anyone have any tips or suggestions?
