im just trying to suggest a helpfull way to lose weight FAST. Now this is a diet that i have tried and have had success with, and think it will work with most people. The key to the diet is staying on it though. I have found it hard to stay on, but very affective while on it. I cant promise results, and am just trying to be helpfull. The first thing i am going to say about the diet is ANYONE WHO DOES THE DIET DOES IT AT THERE OWN RISK. I am saying this for the following reasons: while on the diet i did feel weaker, and it made me dizzy a few times, so do the diet at your own willingness. THE UPSIDE, is how fast i lost weight, and continued to lose weight on the diet. THE DOWNSIDE, it made me feel weaker, and it was hard to stay on. RESULTS, i lost i think it was around 9-10 pounds in a week, and continued to lose weight the next week. i went from about 216 down to 195 in about 2-3 weeks. i know that sounds too good to be true, but its not. i am currently not on the diet though and have gained the wieght back because of bad eating habits. THE DIET, the way i did it was i ate only boneless skinless chicken breasts cooked on a george foreman grill, i also took a multi-vitamin, and Hydroxy Cut; excercise does not have to be much but i think i averaged about 1-2 miles a day of my running/jogging/walking. running/jogging/walking is when i travel a mile running part of it, walking part of it, and jogging part of it; and how i feel controls what i do the majority of the time. Now even without the excercise you will lose weight pretty rapidly. well i hope i could help someone out there lose unwanted weight.
