I feel like I am becoming part of a pattern. My grandmother is obese (300 pounds), my mother is also obese (250 pounds), and I'm getting up there at 195. However, I do not feel like the person that I look like on the outside and I want to change. But it seems easier to hide behind my body then to make the commitment to exercise and fail. Has anyone else felt this way and what have you done to overcome it?
