I just did this totally intense kickboxing/dance cardio workout and I've got the after workout buzz feeling. I'm not sure if it's a good or a bad thing.

lol.....why would a buzz be a bad thing??? Enjoy!!

Was this on a dvd? or tv? or with a trainer? and what was the name...I love those types of work-outs!! Good for you, keep up the hard work.

Define "buzz" - I like the feeling I get from having a good workout... but there is also a blood sugar component involved for me as well. I have a recovery meal immediately after a workout - and on distance rides i make sure to have plenty of calories with me on the bike. For me, "buzz" can quickly go to "bonk" if I don't time my meals correctly, especially if I have been making intense physical demands of my body.

Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
